Wet your hair with warm water. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to your hands and spread evenly on damp hair. Gently massage the hair and scalp, creating lather. Leave the shampoo on the hair for 1-5 minutes, depending on the desired neutralization effect. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. If necessary, repeat the operation. For best results, use the shampoo 1-2 times a week. Wash your hair with shampoo and gently dry it with a towel. Apply an appropriate amount of the mask to damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Gently massage the mask into your hair, spreading it evenly. Leave the mask on your hair for 3-5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to be absorbed. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.
