At the Cosmo store, the priority is complete customer satisfaction. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you have a full 14 business days to return it. You do not have to justify the reason for the return, but we will be grateful if you would like to share your opinion, which will allow us to tailor our offer even more to your needs.

How to make a return?

To return a product, please return it in its original packaging. All order documents and any additional items should be attached. Be sure to include the return form with the returned goods (available for download here) . We will also be grateful if you mark the shipment with the note "Return".

Refund

After meeting the return conditions, we will start the refund procedure, which will be transferred to your account within 14 business days. The refund process depends on the selected payment method: in the case of electronic or card payments, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account, while in the case of cash on delivery or traditional transfer, you will need to provide the account number in the refund form.

If you paid for your order by card or electronic payment system, the refund will be processed via the same website, directly to your bank account.

In the case of orders paid on delivery or by traditional bank transfer, please provide your account number (26 digits) in the return form, to which we will transfer the appropriate amount.
