Leo Oxydant/Oxidizing Emulsion is a preparation with a thick, creamy consistency, created according to an original Italian recipe. Not only does it not damage the hair, but it also increases the durability of the dyeing and bleaching processes. Thanks to the increased amount of color conditioning and stabilizing ingredients, this improved formula ensures a longer coloring effect. An additional advantage is the pleasant banana scent.
Shake well before use. Then mix with paint or brightener according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The mixing ratio depends on the desired effect and the type of paint or brightener. After application, spread evenly on the hair and leave for the indicated time. Then rinse thoroughly.
